I absolutely love this car wash! The biggest thing that stands out to me is the customer service. Every single time I come here, the staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and hardworking. You’re always greeted with a smile, and it’s obvious that the team genuinely cares about providing a great experience. The car wash itself is also the best I’ve found. I’ve tried many different car washes in the area, and none of them do as good a job as Tidal Wave. My vehicle always comes out looking spotless, and the attention to detail is noticeable. I have the Graph-X4 plan, and it is absolutely worth every penny. It’s a great value for the money, and I constantly get compliments on how shiny my tires look after a wash. If you’re looking for a car wash with excellent customer service, hardworking employees, and outstanding results, I highly recommend Tidal Wave in Alpharetta 🚗✨🌊

The car wash itself was good, but the vacuum area feels far too enclosed, with stone pillars that are difficult to navigate and limit space. The drive-through lanes are very narrow—especially for larger SUVs—so cars end up uncomfortably close together while you are vacuuming your car.

This place is garbage. They wash badly, dry badly, break your windows and mirrors, don't respond when you call to pay, treat you rudely, and scratch your paintwork badly. If you value your car, don't come here. No SE ASEN RESPONSABLES POR LOS DAÑOS A TU AUTO NO SIRVE ESTE LUGAR APARTE TE ATIENDEN MUY MAL

Tidal Wave is a new car wash on a competitive car wash street with 2 other washes in a 1 mile area. Based on the high quality of car wash, eagerness to please by its attendants and reasonable price I know they will out perform the competition while making their customers happy. Give them a chance to prove it to you. Come one in👍🏼

This new car wash is impressive from start to finish. The customer service was great, and they even offered FREE car washes during their opening. The membership rates are very reasonable, and my vehicle came out spotless. Most importantly, there were no scratches—the brushes are clearly high-quality, which really matters to me. I’m extremely satisfied, and my car is now road-ready!
